Can you contact them to honor that satisfaction? No! They obfuscate the process and are literally selling you garbage for a far too high price. The company is actively odfuscating consumer advocacy to rip you off! Boycott!

You know him big guy with ponytail and beard who works cheep chicken Mondays. Here’s the problem, we all have that one coworker who is blatantly rude but management looks the other way because they have been there a long time or they are good at what they do. I don’t argue with the fact that grumpy chicken guy has seniority or that he is fast at bagging chicken orders but that should Not Excuse his unprofessional attitude. Everyone notices and it becomes an accepted part of the work culture. Shame on you Steilacoom Safeway leadership for not having the balls to stand up to this bully.

The staff are all sweet, efficient, quick professional. they respect your HIPAA rights by hey talk to you in a tone that's appropriate at the counter with someone standing behind you. Their customer service is all is consistent at the Safeway. I definitely will keep patronizing this location. I can't speak for the other Safeways but the one on Steilacoom boulevard, five stars top tier. They even remember and pronounce your names accurately.
