- JJJeanie6 days ago2.0This Safeway has discontinued carrying at least five items that I always had purchased from this store. Also, I stood at the customer service counter for 5 minutes, rang the bell three times and nobody ever came yet They were two employees chatting around one of the end caps. Today as I checked out, I got home and realized that the stuffed animal I purchased was not in my cart. So now I get to inconveniently drive back to Safeway to pick it up. Your checkers should make sure that your customers items are all in the cart. What happened to the checkers putting the items in your cart.. Now you have to do it yourself?

- HMHayley MortMar 2, 20261.0I ordered the family meal of sweet and sour chicken, fried rice and egg rolls through door dash. The “sweet and sour chicken” had absolutely no sauce on it! They were clearly old pieces of chicken due to the fact they were all as hard as a rock. We broke a few open and they were hollow and dry as a bone. I attempted to put my own sauce on it but that didn’t help. We ended up throwing all of it away. The rice was ok, coming from Safeway it’s not expected to have authentic flavor so we did have to add our own soy sauce to it. Overall just really disappointed I spent 28.00 on it. Thankfully I received a refund from door dash.
