i frequent this store often, as it is the closest grocery store and has good deals on particular products than other stores sometimes. On 4/3/26 at around 10pm I was in the store with my boyfriend buying various and we headed to the self checkout. we did have a lot of items in our cart but we were going quickly as it was busy for a friday and before easter weekend. i was originally just using the hand scanner to scan everything quicker and then we could bag out by the car just to get out of the way and leave the store. at one point me and my boyfriend were struggling getting a soda barcode to scan because it was covered by packaging. apparently the self checkout footage had replayed due to an item not detected in the bagging area. the old haggard woman associate in the self checkout area marches over as the little self checkout light is blinking for "team member assistance". she then proceeds to rewatch the entire duration of our checkout process from beginning to the point where is stopped and is analyzing every single item that was placed in the bagging area. she said in an extremely uncalled for and harsh tone "what didn't you scan". i was confused as we didn't "not scan" anything on purpose? it was extremely accusatory and felt like she reaching for any possibility that me and/or my boyfriend were trying to steal or get away with not scanning some items. she then checked the number of items on the screen to the number of items in the bagging area and it turned out the 6-pack of sodas we were struggling to scan had not been read correctly. even she was struggling to actually scan it after the fact... after she was disappointed that she couldn't prove that we in fact were NOT stealing, she says in a nasty tone "now scan everything else in ur cart" and lingered for a moment while i continued to do so until a different customer needed assistance. that woman was extremely unprofessional and off putting. she made me feel like shit and my anxiety skyrocketed because i had done nothing wrong yet she was convinced i was up to no good which just wasn't the truth. she desperately needs to be coached on customer service and fix her tone when talking to customers, not cool whatsoever. do better.

1) did not get half of my pick up order--no refund given. I'm imagining that the app talks to the store? Or there was some question verifying that they did not give me my product I paid for?
2) whenever I order vegetables with my pick up order, I question if the person picking them out has A) ever eaten a vegetable, b) is trying to get rid of bad product.
3) the center area is a ridiculous attempt at preventing product loss. There are already cameras around the store and it seems like most of the time it isn't even staffed.
4) why no hand baskets?

The pharmacy is the worst. They are very slow. They often don't have prescriptions ready within a reasonable time frame. They do not communicate when there's a delay or when a prescription is ready or there is an issue. My doctor had even sent a note with my prescription that I would pay out of pocket if it wasn't covered and they still didn't fill it until I called and they told me it wasn't covered. This pharmacy has caused me so many waiting periods and back and forth trips that I lost count.

I tried to be patient with the people at the Starbucks cause I believe they were new. But when the store manager over charged me for my drink and told him that it usually cost a certain amount he wouldn’t change the price and still charged me more than what it normally is. Be careful cause they will make up a price and charge it and tell you that their system is charging you. It’s not the system it’s the cashier. And when I tell them that it’s wrong they always say the price changed. So you mean to tell me it cost one thing this morning and by the afternoon it’s more. I am heavy coffee drinker and I am sick of this store. I won’t be returning.
