- RKRANJAN KAMBOJMar 12, 20261.0I order from their store through door dash at 1:11 am I called the store 1st time to add instructions they recived that again I called the store they said they didnot recived the order 3rd time again I called they said the same then I talked to DoorDash finally they said it’s store fault . When we are talking they are not showing it’s their fault but to DoorDash representative they are accepting their fault . And the guy who was talking was reacting like he is not listening too much noise on the back side . Now when the DoorDash lady connect the call to this guy then he said my apologies this and that . I don’t know why the store accept my order and keep my order in waiting for long time and now everything is closed I was hungry that’s why I order but honestly . 0 rating for not preparing my order and keeping me like waiting like that 2 hours.

I asked the young lady if this is extra bacon and she said no. We can remake it for you it’ll be seven minutes. I said OK I’ll wait in my car. After eight minutes I came to the front and a young man Told me that my pizza was never put in. It would be an additional seven minutes . After nine minutes, the young lady took my pizza out of the warmer, put it on the counter and then just started helping the next person. Horrible customer service. No apology… Nothing

Food is always great and the few times they've made mistakes they've always fixed it without you having to say much.
