I ordered a Strawberry blast smoothie and I was asking about possible changes to the order for Dietary needs and the person at the register was cold and not willing to give me the time of day. When I got the smoothie it tasted of banana, when banana was only supposed to be an accompanying flavor. I could not even taste any strawberry which the drink was named after. For the price I would not recommend

It's never as crowded as Starbucks, there are plenty of tables to sit for a coffee break, the staff is friendly/cheerful, the food is tasty, and most importantly I have never found myself regretting my coffee orders. Good job Nordstrom, just consider changing the name to something more elegant to reflect the pretige of your store 😂
