  Was waiting in the drive through ready to order with my mcdonalds code. Get told to hold on twice by the lady taking my order. Another vehicle pulled up in the other line and was provided service before me. This is actually the employees fault taking my order. Once I pulled up, another employee was there and accommodating.

  Not happy with breakfast ordered full meal with beverages included, we chose orange juice at the window they charged us for the juice never telling us orange juice was not included in the beverage

  You ripped me off. You made a mistake on my order, and when I called you all on it you asked for my bag of food and receipt to rectify the situation and I ended getting nothing, after I paid over $27. What the hell is wrong with the employees? How do I get my money back? They have my receipt and food.

  Placed an order in drive-thru gentleman at speaker couldn’t get my order right until it seemed like he did. Ordered several items kids were coming out of school of course hungry. Pulled up to window to for payment and guy couldn’t figure out what was my order calling me 3 different names because of mobile orders i told him what i was getting. Moved up to pick up window young man was giving me wrong order and seemed confused until “ manager” helped out and said yeah that’s his order . I asked is all of it in the bag yes . Thank you . Got home after spending almost $40 dollars on food we were missing a burger and 2 of 5 that we ordered but inly received 4 were not plain. So i said ok let’s eat it is what it is . My other son came out of school he said can i have McDonald’s i said sure “ al let them know there was a burger missing “ so i went back receipt stayed home i went through drive-thru and same gentleman on payment window i told him my situation he said let them know on pick up window. Okay. So i asked to speak to manager while picking up my son’s order “MARIA” manager on duty 2/20/2026 i explained to her which i know i didn’t have food or receipt to proof to her and she asked for receipt so she can see i guess that i payed for items. I told her oh im sorry i just came from picking up my son from school i don't have it. She said im going to do it this time only, because then everybody say’s the same thing . I said you know what im okay. I said im ok keep that burger she said im going to do it i said no thanks you and drove off. Thats fine i visited this restaurant twice and less than a hour and spent over $55 dollars and you want to tell me this. Thank you but no thanks McDonald’s there’s other places on pearl that have better customer service.
