  Had to wait for cookies, no prob. But, as she started closing window I said wait, she closed it, we're 2 people at window, they didn't acknowledge me then or when I didnt pull fwd so I could see if could get my coke before I pulled up to wait. Im POSITIVE they have peripherals. Forgot my coke but gal went n grabbed, but no straw.........didnt bother to ask

  This place is horrible, the ice cream machine is constantly "down". It feels like they refuse to actually make sure it's working. And I ordered one of their promo meals and they didn't even put the fry seasoning packet in my order like it was supposed to come with. This store drops the ball on promos and service

  I’m confused why every McDonald’s I go to Connor get my order right. It’s not complicated. My cheeseburgers I ask nor extra onion and extra pickle and it’s never mind right it has happened more than once at this location. I actually travel further then I should to this location because the one by me suck even more. I get it fast food but I’m not trying to be that person that hold up the drive thru. Looks like I need to start being that person. They are friendly and everything just the grill people are trying to go too fast. I would say that about almost every McDonald. Suck I couldn’t take it back because of the distance so I was made basically to eat a plain cheese burger 🤢

  Literally ordered 60 bucks worth of food via UberEats. and did a 2nd order because this place never gives sauces. so i paid a additional 5 bucks just for sauces (that lazy today) and for the food to arrived. i ordered the K-Pop meal- L fries, L Sweet Tea. 10 nuggest, 3 chkn strips, 2 mc chickens sandwiches and 2 chkn snack wraps. and the order arrived and literally only got sauces. and the 10 nuggets. how does this even get sent out when its literally empty. pure incompetence i guess.

  Consistently one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve been too. There is always some issue where their system is down or something else causing mass confusion and wait times. Wouldn’t recommend ever coming here.
