I had to repeat the pick up order name to him 8 times, amongst other customers having to repeat themselves more than once. Then the older lady at the register asked me, again, after I’ve already said it numerous times. Then I saw her yelling at customers about ordering but they already mentioned they were browsing the menu and weren’t ready, three times. The younger gal was doing amazing and her best, but I don’t think having the 2 of their worst employees dealing with the customers, is wise. It just seems like a poor business decision. I waited 31 minutes for a pick up order.

Not that your ideas are unworthy, but you don't want to put the team out of a job.
