Oh, the food is okay. They regularly mess up my order by not putting in condiments and things like that, but they are pretty quick. If I can get through that line real quick, I'll give them that.
There is a language barrier since I don't speak Spanish, and there are a few people who don't seem to understand my English.
I think the biggest thing is to bring back some values from the old days. I'd like the people at the window and the speaker to say something like, "Thank you, please come again," or, "Thank you for your service." Instead, it's just like they stick the bag out the window or they say, "Here you go."
Now, there is a female in there who has said that to me, and the manager, Sean, has been polite too. But everybody else needs some customer service training. I'll still keep coming here regardless.
