    Alexander took my order on drive through at 356pm 11/15/25 no issues what so ever they finally started to use the pay window to accept payment and no issues there. Waited 15mins to get to food window one person ahead I thought they had a big order but nope she had a water a drink and a small bag of food. Got to the window to sit there for 10mins before I was even acknowledged got my drink then sat for a few more minutes as the mixed young lady with long hair put my order together or so I thought. She eventually came over to me and asked me what my order was??? I told her a Dave’s double with large fires and a 10piece nugget. She went back to her spot and after a few minutes brought my food. Got a little ways down the drivethru to exit to realize after all this she still forgot my nuggets. Went in white guy at the counter heavyset cowboy hat Texas A&M sweatshirt on didn’t even acknowledge me I told him that hey you forgot my nuggets I was In the drive through brought my receipt and food In. Still dosent acknowledge me hollers for the same lady who had trouble making my order where I had to explain she forget my nuggets. She rolled her eyes brought me my nuggets and told me thank you… food: my fries had no salt whatsoever my Dave’s double taste if they took it straight from Dave casket from the cemetery. My dog wouldn’t even eat his chicken nuggets and he eats everything. Idk what going on here other than it’s clear the managment sucks! It explains a lot why they are no longer busy.

    I'm very disappointed that they discontinued the oatmeal bars and the oatmeal cookies. I don't know the reason why they did it but they need to bring it back

    Place was filthy several tables were gross and sticky there was a big spill in several areas when told one of the employees she said "tell someone else I am not on the clock" when food came it was cold like it was kepped in the fridge. And some items like the chili were not available. Hope this isn't how all the Wendy's are because probably won't return to this one. Male Employees around the food on prep were very loud could hear them way out in the dining room area.

    Hello today I went to the Wendy's 15807 Pacific Ave S Tacoma Wa 98444. As me and my friend arrived the cashier Joshua told us are you sure you want to order it'll be 15-20 minutes. We said that's fine. He took my friends order was very rude and dismissive when she was done ordering he walked away from the counter and had me wait to order for over 10 mins until I asked if I was going to have to wait much longer to order. He said he'd take my order. After 35 mins of waiting I finally got my food. He gave me one sauce. I asked if I could please have another and he said you can only have one because you only ordered a 4 piece nugget. I said I spent 25$ and got a biggie bag, chili, a large number 6 and a chicken sandwich. He said it'd be 50 cents for another sauce and I said why I ordered all this food can I please have one more he said no but you can talk to the manager. The manager look at my tray and said no you can not have another one because you only have 4 nuggets. I said I spent 25$ and waiting 10 mins to order and 35 minutes for my food she said you can have another one for 50 cents. I said okay never mind. I sat down to eat my food that obviously was sitting out for awhile cause the only thing hot was the chili and as a customer was walking out she said you better complain because she was so upset how they treated me. It's very concerning how the customer service is at this Wendy's. No greeting no smiles and make people wait a very long time with out an explanation or a sorry. On top of that it's a mess. I will not be returning and hope this message gets to the right person so this place can be looked into. Thank you!
