Food’s never been awful here, it’s just fast food, it’s really the crazy slow staff that bogs it down so much Some staff can be nice but who cares about that when you’re trying to eat. The bulk of what you will hear/see of them is joking or standing around, even when it seems like the place is swamped lol.
