The service at this location was absolutely disgraceful — and frankly, discriminatory. I’ve never experienced such blatant disrespect and mockery from a staff so uninterested in doing their jobs. The woman at the drive-through literally shushed me like I was an inconvenience, then stood around laughing with her coworkers instead of resolving the issue or starting my order. They knew my name was shortened and seemed to find that amusing, watching and waiting rather than helping.
What makes it even worse is that the entire team, apart from one person, was Hispanic — the same background as mine. To see that kind of treatment coming from your own community was disheartening and disgusting. It wasn’t just poor service; it was dismissive, targeted, and humiliating.
For a location in such a nice neighborhood, the behavior was shockingly low-class and completely unprofessional. If this is the standard your management accepts, it says everything about how little respect this place has for its customers.

Pamela was our cashier was our cashier at the drive through but the female that took out order and she was so friendly and nice. Loved her energy and she said hi to my dog even though he was being a menace which was fun.

Pick up in lobby, watched first that no one was working the line for lobby/online orders. Then, watched a single employee casually stock lettuce, then tortillas. Then orders after mine were filled. I asked what the hold up was, I had been waiting about 15 minutes at this point, only to be told only one person was working that line. When I said how long I had been waiting, employee offered do I want to come back and make the food? Seriously? Where is customwr service? Why does the line making drive thru orders seems to get orders out in a timely manner but the lobby line is so slow? Done with this location.

I do not recommend this location.
1. The lady I spoke to I explained how my order was incorrect and the entire time she interrupted me and repeated wrong information I provided
2. I spoke to the manager explained that I only have 2 minutes left of my lunch and wasted my time to have my order incorrect and asked for a refund as I do not come to this area but once to help a co-worker. She declined and stated “I can give you a coupon for next time” but the coupon can only be used at their location. I explained again that I do not come to this area but this one time and would like a refund. She declined to give me a refund and I stated that this was horrible customer service and thank you, and she was condescending and said you’re welcome.
They did not add beef to my chicken Chalupa, which cost me extra money
Both of my chicken Chalupa‘s were cold not even warm.
Do not waste your time. Do not waste your money at this location. I would rather pay extra money to go to the other restaurants next-door.
