I’ve been to Taco Bell’s all over the country and this is the only one that forces you to do this. Management team should be absolutely embarrassed.

I think it was the manager who offered to wrap my drinks and food up like they do with the mobile and delivery orders with the drinks in the bag so I didn't have to fumble with the horrible old school drink carrier. I have a lot of modifications when I order, and they don't complain. The best part is I always get my full order, here, unlike Pearl St that has forgotten half my Lux or Discovery boxes on several occasions.

Just gave them 3 stars on food since I'd just guess it's probably about the same as what I or anyone else would get at any other Taco Bell location (last time I ordered from a Taco Bell, it was on 6th avenue), but only ONE star on service and atmosphere because they've had some REALLY dysfunctional people working there. It's kind been off and on in my experience. But I've been to 3-4 other Taco Bell locations besides this one and never ran into even HALF the personnel problems at any of them that I have here in maybe about the past 6 months to a year. So, I don't necessarily know what's changed or why. All I know from what I've more recently seen and heard is that the treatment of people coming into the lobby has varied from one time to the next from super cool to almost a little overly familiar and friendly, to downright mean and hostile for no reason. Have also been to several other restaurants several other times along s. 38th that have never had the issues that I've witnessed at this Taco Bell. Just beware. Someone may have to look more into some serious and permanent overhauling to do in terms of management and staff at this location.
