Terrible experience, never again.

I complained about them, but it had no effect. Their management probably enjoys it when their workers humiliate their customers and treat other people's work with disdain. People never do this in America. I'm shocked. How can they not be ashamed?Terrible service. If the boss doesn't take action, I will describe their behavior in detail and complain to the appropriate authorities. Once again: I asked them to be more polite, but they continued to discriminate against me. There was another incident today. They mocked me.

I felt rushed when ordering them when I got to the window and had asked if I could remove something from my order and replace it with something else she said I would have to come all the way through drive through again. She got my order complety wrong so I'm glad I ended up wanting to remove something from my order. She proceeded to tell me I was wrong with what I had ordered. She lacked any type of customer service skills!

Clearly the workers are rushed too hard because they always seem to charge me for double meat but never give it to me, rush me through my order, and basically bombard you with the food and card so you're left fumbling in front of other cars to take off. Also this was supposed to be a beef chalupa with extra beef there's about a half pound of lettuce and like 3 little pieces of chicken.
