When I walked in, an employee was sitting at one of the front tables on his phone. I assumed he’d get up to help me, but instead he told me, “I’m on my 15-minute break, I’m not making sandwiches.” When I explained that I couldn’t wait that long, he just shrugged as if it didn’t matter. I understand people need breaks, but the way this was handled was extremely unprofessional and flat-out rude. Being dismissed like that, with no effort to show courtesy or concern, made it clear that customer service wasn’t a priority here. I left irritated and won’t be coming back.
