When I got to the store the employee informed me that "they no longer have the footlong cookies." I was then told that I could get a bag of chips and three regular cookies instead. Their selection of cookies just before noon was bad so I asked what other options were there. I got in response their dippers, which wasn't what I wanted either. No apologies were given and no offer to refund the price of the cookie. I was flustered and had no time to argue with her, so I ended up getting the chips and three unsatisfying cookies and am still owed the 24 cent difference in price. I am unsure why the app lets you purchase something that the store doesn't carry. I wonder if this is an issue for the CFPB or other government watchdog. Definitely deceptive and I will not be coming back to this location.
