When I asked for more, I was told there was a “shortage.” Poor inventory management on your end should not affect what customers receive, especially when charging full price. Reduced portions with no warning and dismissive responses are unacceptable and reflect poor customer service. If ingredients are limited, that should be communicated upfront or adjusted in pricing—not passed on to the customer.

There was some insufferable woman infront of me in line that wanted all her footlongs with each half with different ingredients, asked for all her cookies to be bagged individually, tried to use multiple coupons on one order and complained. It was 1220am, and she was mad that the meal of the day changed. Aside from that Karen holding up the line for 30 minutes, my sandwiches were good. I ordered a footlong veggie and a meal of the day with the happy Gilmore cup.
