  I went there yesterday in the morning hours after 10:30 am on 12/31. When I walked in the female employee (redish hair) behind the counter just looked at me, no greeting at all. She flatly asked what I wanted. I almost walked out but I promised my son a subway sandwich. The customer service was horrible, and the food tasted even worse. The vegetables/toppings looked recycled and wilted, and the chicken seriously tasted like they were made of rubber or chewing gum. It literally made me gag. I reviewed about having 2 great experiences with 3 different employees at this location in the past, and I'm disappointed that none of those 3 were working on this day. Never Again!!!

  Walked in at 7:28 pm. The employee who was on staff told me she was closing early. Not cool. Still very hungry.

  On December 14th at 11:45 a.m., I regret visiting this location due to the poor customer service I received. The lady on duty was very impolite. From the moment I arrived, instead of greeting me, she immediately asked whether my order was for delivery. I answered no. I then asked if the store would be open on Christmas, and she did not respond at all. I ordered a 6" tuna sandwich, but she put very little tuna on it. When I asked for extra onions, she only put three small pieces, no extra, only 3 pieces of onions for a sandwich , which felt like a joke. If she does not like this job, there are others who would gladly do it and treat customers with friendliness and respect.
