- MDMike DearbornAug 6, 20251.0The first red flag was that this particular Subway was out of the bread I wanted and then went with my second choice. I had a coupon for a foot long meal for $10.99. After my order was complete....found out that this location doesn't except coupons. I've been at another Subway and had no problems using this particular coupon......I was told next time to mention that I had a coupon. As a customer, it should be the responsibility of the business to post notices to inform customers that Subway coupons are not accepted at this particular location. I ended up walking out......... without the meal.

For some odd reason bacon was put on the chicken sandwich and I was charged $2 extra. It would have been no big deal if the bacon had been crispy, but it was barely cooked. I ended up throwing it out. A wasted extra charge I didn't ask for with my sandwich. The other sandwich was Italian cold cuts and was fine.
