  Subway makes you use the app to get the deals. You order your food and it tells you if will take 20 minutes for it to be ready to pickup. When you get there you get told, we have not started it yet. They say you have to wait until the people that are in store are helped, then they will work on your order! Try to cancel the order and there is no way to do that. Try to call customer service and they only have a chat bot.

  You know it's far a few in between that I rate a one star replaces but this place here oh my gosh I waited forever for duse to make a sandwich. And the worst part of it is I walked in the door and there's only one person in front of me this is the slowest place ever and I mean slow like molasses I don't know how they can stay in business like this because well my sandwich is being made like several other people walked in waiting and half those people walked right back out after a few minutes

  As I walked in, I was told it would be a 25 mins wait, they just need to bake bread. Said it was fine and waited. After 25 mins he shared to me and the other customers, "yea I gotta take care of these 2 online orders soo..." After waiting that long, he now mention these orders- it was annoying. While I was waiting there- a bunch of fruit flies were noticeable in this subway. Just sitting there i was seeing fruit flies-prob wouldn't have noticed it if I didnt waited.
