This is my second bad experience at this location. On this visit, the cold cut combo had a large brown section of meat that looked spoiled. I didn’t feel safe eating it and had to throw it away.
On a previous visit, the meatball sub tasted freezer-burnt and completely flavorless. This location clearly has quality control and food handling issues. I won’t be returning.

I rarely ever do reviews but I am disappointed that I was lied to. I ordered on the mobile app and got there when she was still making the sandwich. In the instructions, it specifically stated to "toast the bread with light oil first then place meat and cheese. Do NOT toast meat and cheese." When I came inside she was almost finished making the sandwich and asked if I wanted toasted now and I said no (had the meat and cheese on it by now) She instantly came back with okay I already toasted the bread. I said okay not thinking anything of it.
I took my stuff (sandwich, drink, chips) and left. I get to my destination (2 minutes down the street) to eat and the bread was not toasted. I have ate subway too many times to not notice the difference. The bread was not crunchy or warm and there was no toasting marks anywhere (little brown spots of totasting). I'm more disappointed that she lied about it. I now won't be able to eat until later this evening when I get home to toast the bread. Which is fine but I dislike eating dinner late if I can avoid it.
The cleanliness of the place was okay but where I got my drink was a little dirty. Water on the floor, the tray with lids set on top of the trash can and almost empty and slightly dirty.. I stopped looking after that. I can say this location I will not go back to.

Today, I had the worst experience at any subway I have ever visited.
I placed a delivery ordered through the Subway App and my order was never delivered. Subway used Door dash to make the delivery therefore I contacted Door dash for support.
I was told to contact the store because I ordered through their app. They did not help me over the phone so I visited the store and I was told by Zach, an hourly worker that he nor his manager could help me. I asked to speak to his manager, but he told me No, and with an attitude.
I continued to treat him with respect and he choose not to treat me the same.
Zach also quoted the store's policy, but refused to show it to me and he insisted that I write him a bad review. He was So Unnecessarily Aggressive with a woman who was smiling at him the entire time. I even asked him to lighten up and he refused.
The lesson I learned today is to never order delivery through the subway app and as of today I will be deleting the app and filing a formal complaint.
Lastly, I asked Zach to never quote a policy that you can't produce.
