Our server was perfection ! I forgot her name she said she’s from Colorado . But food was also delicious. I love that they have wild fish as an option . We really enjoyed their steak and mashed potatoes too . My husband and I tried their Moscow mule specialty which was our fav and we really enjoyed their exotic mojito and there was like a watermelon with basil vodka . I’m still thinking about the dessert . The server recommended the monkey bread dessert which was truly unique and tasty . We enjoyed everything and signed up for their rewards program . It only made sense amazing food with an amazing view of the city !

Absolutely fantastic. Had the chef special of filet mignon with shrimp scampi and mashed potatoes, and it was a 10/10. Never had a better filet mignon and every one I've had before is now lesser in my mind now that my eyes have been opened to how good a filet mignon could actually be. My wife had the crab and shrimp fettuccine and said it was very good but not fantastic like the filet mignon. Don't remember our waiters name bit she was very professional, knew the menu, and was conservative with her recommendations to us which we appreciated. Very good experience over all.

The drinks and service was great!
The food was not. It kinda reminded me of cafeteria food. The shrimp were small and over cooked, the steak was raw which was crazy since it was like half an inch thick and slightly tough. I ate a few bites on each end and then waitress took it back to the kitchen to cook it more. I have never had a place take food someone has received and ate off of and put it back on the grill. Thats crazy to me and I feel like contaminating factors come into play. We had 5 drinks, surf & turf and clam chowder and bill was around 150. It was our first time and I was not impressed. If we ever go back we will enjoy the view and just have drinks(which are pricey). Definitely never steak or shrimp there again.

It was our first visit and possibly our last. We had reservations for 6pm on Saturday. It was moderately busy and the noise level was really high. The views were stunning though. Our server Aubrey was as attentive as she could be with how busy it was and super friendly and present when she was at our table. We had the crab and artichoke dip to start and it was so good, probably the best part of our meal. My fiancé and I love clam chowder so we both ordered a cup. It was just ok. He is a born and raised Seattleite and I was raised in the Bay Area (California) so our standards for clam chowder are pretty high. This was just ok. It wasn’t thick and creamy. It was watery and had very little flavor or actual food in it. It was mostly a broth with cream. The small bit of potatoes I did get were undercooked but the clams were cooked perfectly. They were not chewy at all. My fiancé got the prime rib which is his go to order at any place that serves it. He said it was just ok. He ordered it rare and it was but it was also pretty chewy, he said he would not order it again if we were to go back. I ordered the seafood trio. The salmon and shrimp were good nothing myself or my fiance couldn’t make at home. The scallops were very disappointing. I got 2 and they were the size of a quarter and about as thick as one too. Maybe I’ve been spoiled by the scallops in Seattle or San Francisco but these were pitiful. And zero flavor to boot. We were given a free crème brûlée for our anniversary which was kind. I do not like crème brûlée but my fiance loves it so he ate it. He said it was just ok. The sugar wasn’t too thick which is nice but the cream on the inside was basically flavorless. I had the turtle lava cake and it was good. It was just an OK experience. We had heard great things and even toured it as a possible wedding venue so maybe we hyped it up in our heads about how great it would be.

I recently attended an office social for about 15 guests at Stanley & Seafort’s, and it was a great experience from start to finish.
It was a typical rainy Tacoma day, so the covered parking was a huge plus and made arriving at the restaurant so much easier. We were greeted warmly at the door and directed to a dedicated, slightly elevated space that was perfect for our group. Instead of being seated, we had cocktail tables for a standing reception, which made it really easy to mingle and enjoy the breathtaking views of the city.
The restaurant’s open layout made it a bit loud, but it actually added to the lively, social vibe of the event. The service was exceptional—our server was constantly moving through the group, ensuring everyone had what they needed without us ever having to track someone down.
The food was decent, but the drinks were the standout—perfectly balanced and well-crafted. Overall, it was a wonderful spot for a team gathering, and we all had a fantastic time!
