It wasn't even in one piece, it was crumbling apart. That helped explain why it arrived so incredibly quickly. I wish I took a picture of what it looked like when I got it but my partner had the good sense to recommend I take a picture of it. This picture shows my feeble attempt in trying to combine the two raw patties to cook them on a pan. I called the restaurant and I spoke to an employee and explained the situation. The manager, without bothering to pick up the phone and just using the employee as a messenger, combated that it wouldn't put me at risk of a food borne illness which, if you're asking me is a very low bar. She did not apologize or anything of the sort, it was clear that my call was a big bother to her. I would not risk eating here.
