- JCJade CasOct 28, 20251.0The employee named Kendall was the rudest worker I have ever encountered. Upon approaching her to ask a question, she looked at me with disgust. I proceeded to ask her my question and she didn't answer for a good 5 seconds still looking down at whatever she was doing. I asked a question about the flowers and she rudely answered “I’m not a florist I’m just a cashier” and that was it. I apologized and said I didint know. I then came back to ask if someone would be available and she said rudely without eye contact “ the florist left for the day”. It would’ve been nice for her to say in the beginning “Oh Hi! How can I help you?” And if she wasn’t the right person it would’ve been nice to hear “I’m so sorry I can’t give you the best answer right now as I’m usually up front and our florist left for the day but I can certainly take your question and number and have her get back to you”. She has zero communication skills and customer service skills. Whoever hired her was wrong. I saw she had an open cashier line and I purposely did not go to her lane I even if it was open. I did also notice her demeanor was different whenever another worker went up to her. She needs to be fired, her customer service and energy does not sit well, she makes that store look like shit and I do not want to go back to that Safeway. We are also a military family and to see that’s how she treats military people is sad. I will definitely be spreading the news to the military community about her and this specific store.
