Didn’t enjoy a evening when I was shopping my WIC fruits and vegetables check out and I wanted to remove some items I didn’t want I asked once of the check out workers to remove them items from my checkout list and she looked like she didn’t want to be bothered because she was having a conversation with a coworker and she told me to next time check to make sure what I’m gonna purchase before scanning ok Well I thought I was gonna complete my payment with my WIC benefits but had to remove some items due to not it needs to be more helpful people

I have been shopping here for years. After moving I started going back there because the Fred Meyer off of 72nd is now closed. I was shopping there Saturday the first looking for some steak. The steak had expiration dates of October 30, and 31st. I don't plan on eating the food that day. So, if I were to wait until the 4th or 5th to eat my food, id probably get sick. But, the employees that work there are very kind, and I have a few friends there. Besides that I am generally impressed with this location.

Marking receipts here too. I'm already boycotting the 38th street Safeway for their anti-customer practices. This is your one warning - if it happens again, you're permanently losing a grocery and pharmacy customer.

This store is fine but the pharmacy is extremely irresponsible. I called first thing in the morning for a prescription and they said it would be filled and I could come get within a few hours. I gave them 4 hours and arrived, both ladies were glaring and rude- instantly defensive and greeting with attitude. They said they’d need more time and asked if I needed to do some shopping while I wait. I need to wait another 10-15 minutes when I’ve talked to you on the phone 3 different times since opening? And then when I arrive for it then you suddenly realize you never filled it and need more time, that’s totally understandable but there is not a need to be RUDE about it. When I said oh my bad I thought it would be done by now I get returned with “well we’ve been on and off the phone with everyone else too” so then does that mean it’s okay to give false information? And the last thing that really bothered me is when I went to sit in the waiting room next to them I heard the two women talking badly about me for being worried about prescription. If you drop the ball or get super busy and it stresses you out just take a deep breath and just take accountability for your role instead of snapping at customers defensively for asking a question. What a bummer of a visit. Hope you have a better day pharmacy department. 👍
