I came in to pick up my order and she was very apologetic for it not being ready yet, even though it was my fault for not listening to my girlfriend, which caused me to be 15 mins early. She seemed very sincere and pleasant. I've always believed you can pay someone to show up, but you can't pay them to care. She definitely cares. I wish I would have gotten her name.

I had to take a couple stars of simply because of the location, and the kind of people that hang out around here. It feels pretty unsafe at times, and I wouldn't want to leave my car alone. Again, this has nothing to do with pizza and the staff which are great.
