This visit reflects a clear operational and leadership failure at McDonald’s.
The drive-thru wait was excessive and unmanaged. After finally receiving our order, items were missing and the soda flavor was incorrect—basic accuracy issues that should never happen, especially after such a long wait.
I am attaching a photo of the internal drive-thru performance screen, which shows this location significantly exceeding acceptable service times. This was not a momentary rush or bad luck—it was a sustained breakdown visible in the store’s own metrics
When customers are asked to wait far beyond reasonable expectations, the absolute minimum should be receiving the correct and complete order. Using customers to absorb staffing shortages or poor execution is unacceptable.
This location requires immediate attention from district leadership. Until there is clear improvement in management, staffing, and order accuracy, I cannot recommend this store to anyone.

Open 24hrs? They are closed half the time or at least tell you that and often tell you they are out of half the menu when you try to order (More so they just don't want to make it because it's in the middle of the night) I wouldn't have wasted my break time driving a place to get food if they are going to be closed Even though the hours apparently are 24 hours.

I ordered through the app and got the $5 McDouble deal, they put the food in the bag in a way that made it look like everything was there however when I started taking food out, I noticed my nuggets were missing, this is a repeated thing almost every time I order

January 28th was my birthday, and I was pretty drunk. I pulled up and ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese.. when I say it was the best, the hottest, and exactly what I deserved for my birthday. I mean that at 2am these people did the best job they could and I’m appreciative… off the 1st dribble. Yall need to acknowledge these workers. I’m about to go to sleep happy because of them. I work at the airport, and they did better than the airport which says a lot… any Exec that sees this you automatically gotta show them love. I’m not joking. I wasn’t incited to post this but by the quality.

Two times in the past month, I've ordered on the app. This restaurant accepts the order, pings me that it's available, but when I get there they tell me there's some reason why what I ordered isn't actually available.
They take my money, but don't refund me. The FAQ in their own app says they aren't supposed to ping that your order is available, unless it actually is. This leads me to believe that some form of fraud is being perpetrated by the management and franchise owner of this location. Fraud, no matter the dollar amount, is a big deal. They need to get this corrected, and stop stealing people's money.
