  My boyfriend and I came here to use our offer from T-mobile and we were pretty much ready to order. There was a customer in front of us but that was fine as it seemed like they were just about done. Once it was my turn, I went up and the cashier didn't really greet me or offer any comfortable service. I told her that I wanted an Electric Ice large with no ice. Now after she took my order, my boyfriend stepped up to get his order in but was not told that she would be right back or if he could wait. He was just standing there for almost 15-20 minutes without any acknowledgement. He would try making eye contact but to no avail. This was frustrating as we had stuff we needed to do and the lack of professionalism was even more annoying. It wasn't as if they were busy either. Once the same cashier gets back to my boyfriend, she doesn't apologize or anything but just stares at him. He gives her his order and they make it within 5-8 minutes. Not sure if this was their peace offering but it wasn't really worth the long wait, rude service, or the Jamba Juice experience. Now the main reason for this review is my drink that I received. Maybe 40% of my cup is filled with the drink I ordered. I was shocked, I know I asked for no ice and usually I would get maybe 85%-90% of my drink but 60%???? It basically felt like I got a half-assed medium (if even that). You can see in the picture too that it wasn't cause I sipped it. I looked in the cup as soon as I received and was flabbergasted. But with how awful the service was and the dead expressions of the two employees, I just opted to report this to Jamba Juice. Luckily, both my boyfriend and I got a response from the general manager who apologized and offered us a free smoothie on them but I know for a fact that I am avoiding this location at all costs. Absolutely one of the worst service that I've ever received anywhere for no reason. The ambiance is deary as they block out the sun which I get, but maybe do it with some colors? There seems to be crumbs all over the floor. The drinks were just okay.
