The manager said they would call the Tacoma Store (where I put the order in at the wrong location) and see what they could do. The manager states that they a the Tacoma store agreed that they could make the food at the Puyallup store and I would not have to pay for it again. I agreed to this. After they remade the food the manager said that I would have to repay for the food (not what they said before) and that they would call and have the Tacoma refund my order. (If they would have told me this at the start I would have gone to Tacoma and picked up the original food.) I paid for the order again. Once I paid for it the manager changed her word again and said I would have to call the Tacoma store and ask for a refund. This is multiple times that she lied to me. I called the Tacoma store and they said the would refund it and it would take 3-5 business days to get the refund. It has been 15 days and no refund. I called customer service and talked to Ashley. Tacoma never even put in the refund request. Ashely said she would send a request to the leadership. She was not very helpful and ended up hanging up on me. I would like a refund and to put in formal complaints against the managers at the Puyallup and Tacoma locations. The customer service at both places are far below acceptable.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
