  Food is just about right everytime. U may get the occasional pizza with bubbles and no topping in certain areas, but it rarely happens unless they're slammed. Even if you do they are great about replacing your pizza to either bring back or in some instances they might write you in the book for a free one next time. My advice, just check before you leave on a busy night. I never wait over 15 mins for a pick up. To me that speaks volumes!

  I have never had a pizza this bad from Domino's. There was barely any cheese on my pizza. It tasted like bread with tomato sauce on it. I ate one piece and threw the rest away. Very disappointing.

  Oh, how lovely to pay a $6.99 delivery fee while also paying a $2.49 SUBSTITUTION fee. I mean, who uses tomato sauce for a Hawaiian style pizza??? Charge me to switch sauces and you permanently lose me as a customer. Now I remember why I deleted their App.

  So I ordered online breadsticks and a sandwich at like 11:30 PM before they had closed I walked in to grab my food. I had already paid. The guy handed me one box and said thanks and turned around and went back to doing what he was doing I was so tired and exhausted from a really hard day in the hospital with my dad I walked to my car gone in it and drove all the way to peel to my house. Sometimes like Pizza Hut, another pizza establishment who put several things in one large box I’ve had that happen numerous times, but Domino’s does not. They have certain boxes for certain things and I didn’t know this. Long story short I come home. It’s this weird pizza with mushrooms on it. Nothing that I ordered and I had spent around $32. I was so tired. I just went to bed. Didn’t eat. I saved the pizza and thought I would call her come in and talk to them after I visited my dad at the hospital the next day- I first called and explained my situation three separate times to three separate employees then finally giving the phone off to their manager who was very rude had no remorse for what had happened. Said it was my fault that I didn’t check the pizza and I walked out the door with it so it’s my responsibility.. I guess I get that but most places have no problem refunding you if you explain the situation which I did and I wasn’t mean I was very positive and actually cheerful sounding… It made me so upset. I had to pull my car over and sit there for a minute and really think back about what I just encountered. The manager had no sympathy no empathy for me which is all right I guess. Maybe they had a hard day… but it just baffled me that they didn’t want to make it right when I paid $30 plus and didn’t get my correct order??? do people like call and try and say their order was wrong to get free food. I’m not sure but it just baffled me they didn’t want to help me make it right so I called corporate corporate sent me a $50 gift certificate, overnighted it to my house after I explained the entire situation. I don’t know what will happen to that dominoes manager. I hope just get talked to you about having a better attitude.. I don’t know. I guess everybody goes through hard days right but it’s how we speak to one another and how we react to one another is what really matters always greeting. People with kindness is the best way.. being shut down and basically criticized for mistakes I didn’t really make just made me feel wrong about that whole situation and so I’ll never go back to that dominoes again
