My order took about 30 minutes to cook, and when I picked it up the staff were friendly and clearly working hard. Fast, tasty, and excellent service and they made me laugh while I was there. I’ll definitely keep ordering from this location.

They then quietly talked to each other talking about how they messed up. Once my pizza was done, it sat in the window for 20 minutes before they finally gave it to me. Took about 40 minutes in all to get a pizza when it could have been 15 minutes.

Even though their hours state they are open until midnight, the doors were locked when I arrived. Right as I walked up, I got a notification that my order was canceled. I could see an employee inside, but they completely ignored the phone when I tried to call for an explanation. Completely unprofessional to take an order and then ghost the customer at the door.
