Did not get a refund. Asked them to remake it, they did. Turned upside down the second time and still slightly soupy. If you know your machine is down or needs time to freeze, put up a sign and let people know so they don’t have to waste their money on trash. It’s the tall dude knowing the product was trash and STILL handed it to me that set me off.
