Take the time to clean the line please. I saw the cook throw random portions of ingridients into the rice. I will never eat there again. I will go back to show the manager the images I took of the piece of sponge in my food

Then I stood there for about 10 minutes while everyone else got helped. I had to ask a second time before they finally got my order. There’s no reason pickup orders should take this long. Price okay -- not high but not cheap either expect to pay around $20+ per person total at minimum. Unfortunately the Tacoma Mall location was seriously lacking in staffing: customer service was poor (the employees appeared to be present for the paycheck only) and cleanliness was very poor. There was a line of people but there is no excuse for not having a single clean table and overflowing trash. Even the counters around the food needed to be wiped up in between customers (and clearly had not been). There was not a lack of employees that night -- some clearly busy and a few appeared to be lost.
