  I don’t go out to eat often, but I was in a rush tonight so I stopped at Buffalo wild wings. I ordered a 10 piece barbecue boneless chicken. The smell inside of there was absolutely horrible. It smelled like Spoiled-milk or something that was rotting I stood at the counter for almost 30 minutes waiting for service. I was looked at multiple times by the workers in the back they were wearing headphones while working. They also didn’t fail to mention that they were noise canceling and that’s why they didn’t attend to the front . It was another 30 minutes for my food to be done and nobody in line and lastly, they gave me chicken pieces that had no chicken in it and was just fried breadcrumb covered in barbecue sauce. I hope you take this in stride and realize how embarrassing this is to employ people who let your company fail. I will not be coming back to this place.

  Horrible experience,I was even told by a shift manger to stop with the attitude when I was clearly trying to explain my situation on Christmas Eve where I had placed a order and someone had cancelled my order that wasn’t me (worker)when I did not request for it to be cancelled inwas told to pick up my order that’s was confirmed for 11:00 am Christmas Day to be told that I don’t even have an order where’s my order where’s my money ? Nothing ! I was charged I have a receipt,no refund no food nothing was done !!!

  I recently experienced an issue with an online order and called in for support. I spoke with Tauryn (spelling may need to be confirmed), who provided truly outstanding customer service. She quickly identified the issue and efficiently offered a solution. Her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond made a stressful situation incredibly easy to resolve. I greatly appreciate her exceptional help.

  I went here on Veterans day and the female in the back making food was nicer to us then to service members and vets. I say this as she would call their names and look at them while aggressively saying you're welcome while they havent even stood up yet as it seemed like they didnt say thank you fast enough. She was also complaining about how they arent making any money off of the vets because of this deal. She then proceeded to aggressively tell vets coming in that they arent doing the deal anymore cause they have no fries (the deal was 10 piece chicken and small box of fries). The dude working the front then told them as they left that Farrellis is doing a deal and they greatly appreciated it and she then was telling him he shouldn't do that cause they are loosing business. Terrible customer service from her and looked annoyed that service members were in "her" store. The guy working the front was nice and if I had cash I would have gave him the cash, super helpful and just trying to keep vets and service members happy, great dude.
