- LSLauren SNov 14, 20251.0Absolutely terrible service. Picked up my to go order, went home and saw they forgot 10 of my wings and my side of carrots and ranch. Went back to get the rest of my order and wasn’t acknowledged by several staff members passing by for at least 10 minutes. They charged us $4 for carrots and each bag had 3 to 5 carrots. We ended up eating about an hour after receiving the initial order, so most of the wings were cold. Not so much as an apology for the inconvenience 👎🏻

Our appetizer was brought out and we didn’t have plates, napkins or utensils. We had to ask someone who was not our server for these items. Our server Tatiana dropped our food off and we had to wave her down for a few things she missed with our order . I asked Tatiana what the hosts name was and she responded. “Her name is Ava. Did something happen? I’m one of the managers” there was Maybe 3-4 servers on tonight and Ava did 100 and 10 percent more than these servers. Ava as greeting and seating guest while bussing and running food with a sense of urgency. The other servers could have cared less if they had a smile on their face or was attentive to their guest or have any type of urgency . They need to take pointers from Ava. Ava deserves more tips than she is getting .
