  No matter how many times I come here im always disappointed when it comes to wings. They always take forever to bring them out and by the time they bring the wings its luke warm to cold. Never HOT!. Like they've just been sitting out and that goes for both boneless and bone in.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointing Experience & Poor Customer Service I ordered through DoorDash from Buffalo Wild Wings and received someone else’s order entirely. I understand mistakes can happen, but this one involved multiple failures the staff handing off the wrong order and the DoorDash driver not verifying the name. What makes this especially frustrating is that I do not eat meat. I ordered potato wedges and pretzels, and instead received a large order of chicken and skinny fries, which were also stale. There was absolutely nothing in the order I could even try to make work for myself. Because of this mistake, I had to wait an additional hour to an hour and a half to place a new order. After DoorDash refunded me, I called the restaurant directly to see if they could offer anything small for the inconvenience, even a modest item in the $10–$15 range considering the error was on their end and the extended wait time. The response I received was extremely disappointing. I spoke with Lamar (who I believe is the main manager) and Tatiyana, and neither showed any concern, accountability, or interest in making things right. I wasn’t asking for free food beyond reason just some acknowledgment of the mistake and basic customer service. Instead, I was made to feel like I was annoying them. I understand this is a business. But just like a business wouldn’t accept half a payment or fake money, customers should reasonably expect to receive the correct order. And when a mistake happens, especially one this significant, the bare minimum is to show that you care. Mistakes happen. Poor customer service is a choice. Unfortunately, this experience showed a complete lack of care, accountability, and professionalism.

  Wow! I came in here after some Christmas shopping at the Tacoma mall, and wanted to stop by for a quick lunch. After sitting down for a bit, I was immediately seated and the staff were so nice and friendly, so I had high hopes. The Seahawks game was on and it was just a great time, cheering, winning and good food. The food came quick, and even though the place is called “buffalo wild wings” they have some pretty smashing sandwiches and burgers. If you like sports and food, I suggest this place.

  We've eaten at a handful of other locations in the past & enjoyed our meals. This time it was unpleasant. We waited about 25 minutes for our wings & onion rings. The side salad my wife ordered came last, with wilted lettuce. The wings were overcooked & dry. During the meal the TV was loud, & both my wife & I commented to each other that it was uncomfortable. The moment a football gamed ended it switched from TV to very, very loud music. My wife immediately stood up & said we need to go. When we told our waitress it was too loud she apologized & said she has complained about it herself to the manager in the past, saying that it was hard to hear the customers. We left vowing to never visit this location again.
