cannot believe what I just experienced at this Baskin Robbins. First off, the “customer service” was absolutely horrendous. The girl behind the counter acted like I was bothering her by simply asking for a sample. Rolling her eyes, sighing sweetheart, if scooping ice cream is too much for you, maybe this job isn’t for you. But the REAL kicker? While sitting in the so called “dining area,” I happened to notice rat droppings along the baseboard near the tables. RAT DROPPINGS. Absolutely disgusting. Do you think anyone came out to clean it when I mentioned it? Nope. Just shrugged and said, “We’ll look into it later.” Excuse me?? That’s not “later” kind of problem that’s a shut the place down immediately problem. The floor was sticky, the tables hadn’t been wiped, and the whole place smelled like sour milk. I wouldn’t let my dog eat in there, let alone my family. Shame on management for letting such filth exist in a place where kids come to eat. Absolutely revolting. Health department will be hearing from me.

Put my ice cream in waffle cone inside of a paper cover dripped everywhere I’m pretty sure just to make it look like there was more ice cream in it

I have lived near this business for 25 years and have always tried to support the small business people that franchise it (at least 4 different owners in that time) but today may have been the last time I spend my money there. The newest employees are young (of course) and have no customer service skills but also get defensive immediately. There were three employees working when I went in -two seemed busy with prep of some kind and the third looked at me but did not offer to help me so I asked if she would help me. She stammered and turned toward the other employees while saying "I don't know" multiple times. Then she sighed and looked at me helplessly -her cue that she was going to help me??? I asked for a Fresh Pack Quart with two flavors and she went to the fridge looking for TWO Pre-Packed quarts (of flavors that don't come in Pre-Pack, hence why I order the Fresh Pack). I assumed at this point that she was very new- perhaps even in training still, so I asked one of the other employees to help her. I got eye rolls and a bunch of back and forth between the employees before the second employee took TWO empty quart containers from the first and continued to fill my order incorrectly. I stopped her and restated my order. Her response was to tell me she was doing because the first employee had been doing it. I restated that she had been filling my order wrong which was why I asked for someone to HELP her and maybe she should have confirmed my order with ME. The hostility I then felt from this employee was palpable. She would not make eye contact, she squared up her shoulders and purposefully didn't respond when I spoke to her. I asked her name and she shrugged. Another customer picked up on her anger and lashed out at me -Karen style. I left before the situation escalated further but I cannot patron a business that will not take feedback while providing the service! After all, why would I pay for something I didn't order?? There is more, but this review is already too long.

A couple days ago I came in hoping to make a nice memory with my kids before they leave for college — instead, we got stuck with the most miserable guy alive behind the counter. No greeting, no smile, no effort. Just a blank stare like we ruined his day by walking in. I asked a simple question about the menu and got a death glare like I’d asked him to donate a kidney. Then — mid-order — he just walks away. No “one sec,” no “hold on,” nothing. Just stormed off like a toddler having a meltdown. Two girls had to jump in and finish helping us while he stood off to the side pretending to be busy. Spoiler: he wasn’t. By the time we paid, my ice cream was fully melted — which honestly matched the energy of the place: cold, lazy, and disappointing. And don’t think it’s just the employees — the owner is no better. On a previous visit, they served me a milkshake that was barely 75% full. Apparently skimping on portions is the standard here. For how overpriced everything is, it’s borderline insulting. If you enjoy rude staff, melted desserts, and the feeling that you’re annoying just for being a paying customer — this is your place. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.
