So I go through the drive-thru. I let him know that I'm here to pick up an order. They told me I have to go inside to get the order. I explained everything like I did here. They refused. I begged them to let it slide this time cause of the factors mentioned. The dude literally went to go grab his manager like I was making a scene. Needless to say, I canceled the order and left. Maybe I'll have the patience to deal with NPCs later.
