- PLPearl LeeFeb 17, 20265.0I saw an ad on my social media that this Baskin-Robbins was having a grand re-opening and having 99 cents single scoops. I haven't had Baskin-Robbins in a long time so I asked my boyfriend if he would be down to have some and he agreed! We stopped by and there were quite a few people ahead of us and some people waiting behind us. It seems like they were doing pretty well especially on a Thursday afternoon. There was only one employee, Misty working but she was doing a great job keeping up and providing excellent customer service. The store was clean and well-maintained too! There are three tables and three chairs on each one which is nice as we had our fur babies with us and we didn't want to have to fight them off while trying to enjoy our ice cream. I got their triple mango while my boyfriend got mint chocolate chip and it was a perfection scoop for both of us. The mango was really good and I love the different textures and types of mangos you get! The mint chocolate chip was really refreshing too. We look forward to coming back as they seem to have more events, including a happy hour next month.

My bf & I are regular customers and get the same thing EVERY TIME; pint with 4-5 different flavors, Even have had the manager take our order with no issues. But today, the young man said no and that his manager only allows 2 flavors which isn't true and gave an attitude when i said I wanted to change the flavor since I can only get 2 now. Very disappointed. Only reason we go to Baskin Robins is specifically for our multi-flavor pints and he ruined that for us.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
