- AWa wMar 30, 20261.0i am not usually one to complain but i had the worst experience at this location. i had gone to use my free drink and i pulled up to the window i was not greeted at all but after i had placed my order and got my drink just an extra thick hand blended rebel it was runny and i had gone back to just have more ice added to it and blended and the barista working said “when it’s hand blended that’s just how it is”. i come here often and i’ve never had an issue with the consistency or someone knowing how to make a drink extra thick. she then rolled her eyes and proceeded to talk about it with the other employee working. i’ve been a barista for years and i could not believe the attitude and the unwillingness to make it right and my drink still was runny just a bad experience. photo is my drink not even 10 minutes after receiving it

My only issue is I cannot taste any of the flavoring in my hot coffee beverages. I ordered a caramelizer recently and maybe got a hint of caramel flavoring. I have ordered 3 banana bread hot coffees at separate times with the exact same issue. Couldn't taste any banana at all. My daughter even had a sip and said the same thing. Again, wonderful staff and vibes. They must need to up the FLAVA!!!

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
