  Terrible service! At 9:09pm, I used the app while I was inside McDonalds & placed a pick up order of a tote of cookies, 20 min passed and I went to the counter to check on my order and when finally someone acknowledged me, I asked about my order. The gal informed me that they were still working on it. Another 20 min passed @ this point I was falling asleep and I went back to the counter to check on my order. Again the girls there were just staring at me and finally acknowledge me. I asked again about my order. Same girl that I spoke to before asked to view my receipt. I showed her my order on the phone and they had no clue what was going on. Finally she takes off and throws the cookies in the microwave and hands me a tray and says “here you go” no sorry about the wait. Never again will I go to the McDonald’s in Sunnyside.

  They don’t get the orders right and mess up the order of what the people ordered but the food is alright but they gotta get the right food for the person

  The front lady was so sweet even though it was kinda small talk 😘🥰 and her worker man he made me wanna apply lol join tha team but that would be distraction to the work atmosphere lol

  Always getting orders wrong and not making the orders right

  My only issue was I told them what I wanted they read it back to me 2 times and still got it wrong, they did not put 2 medium fries in my order
