When we got to the drive-thru window, he looked at us and started laughing for no reason, which made the experience uncomfortable. It was disappointing because customers should feel respected.

My main issue, however, is that I’ve had repeated issues with order accuracy when requesting items without certain ingredients due to dietary restrictions. 9 times out of 10, even after confirming multiple times, the food still includes what I asked to be removed. I have just stopped going at this point. If you have allergies, or are vegan/vegetarian, I would not reccomend this spot.

I called back 3 times & finally understood that she couldnt do anything about it to contact customer service that was closed. She refused to tell me her name for reference with customer service & hung up on me. So our $40 went down the drain & expect a full refund for an order we can't receive
