  This location is not part of the National Subway network, so no app, points or deals. That makes this a good, but expensive place to eat 😕

  Walked in to order a sub. I’m the only one in the building. They told me it would be a 45 minute wait. I look around double check there is nobody. Mind you there are two people working. They said they had to work on pickup orders. I couldn’t believe it. What’s the store front for? 45 mins to get a sandwich made? Shut this place down. Or tell the owner. These employees are awful.

  They often don’t carry certain meats or cheese if they are too expensive but they won’t tell customers. They don’t let the bread rise enough or cook long enough so it’s always thin. The toppings you ask for online are apparently just suggestions because they don’t give you what you ask for. Today I ordered extra pickles and I received none. I wish we had a Mom and Pop sub shop around here so wouldn’t keep trying to eat here when I’m craving a sub. Oh and pretty much no customer service.

  The employees acted like they didn’t want to be there! When you order a BLTand you get home and there’s no lettuce or tomato on in sandwich and the other BMT no tomato or lettuce and asked for red vinegar which was not on the sandwich either! You could only redeem one gift card online and 2 of the sandwiches were wrong ! This is mot the first time with this problem !

  Came in manager was super nice and the food was good. Meatballs were fresh
