Service complaint incoming. If you’re going to order ahead and think that that means your order is guaranteed then you have another thing coming.
This morning at 9:50AM I placed a mobile order for a harsh brown and McMuffin. Get there at 9:59, the screen swtiches to lunch and I have 1 old man infront of me. The menu switched before a could make his order and he yelled at them about it and let him order breakfast. I saw what he got and it included hasbrowns. I get up there and tell them I placed a mobile order. Well, the lady at the window when I get my food says “we are out of hash browns so you’re getting a small fry”.
I told her the guy infront of me is getting hash browns and she acted like she couldn’t hear me and repeated my self 3 times before telling her I KNOW what he order bc I saw it and she said yeah well he was here first. I said I placed my order 10 minutes ago and that my order was received by them long before I (or him a matter of fact) even arrived. She walked away, had someone else give me my bag and behold, a small fry like I told her I didn’t want. While the other guy waits in spot 1 for his hashbrowns instead.

I came from out of town, had a mistake on my order. Frank the GM was quick to fix it and was delightful to work with. Thank you for doing that for me, made our trip that much better!!

Make sure you look at your order before you leave because if you don’t, it’s probably gonna be messed up. EVERY SINGLE TIME I DONT OPEN MY BAG IN THE PARKING LOT TO CHECK EITHER THEY PUT EVERYTHING IM ALLERGIC TO ON IT OR ITS SOMONE ELSES ORDER. THIS IS THE 10th+ TIME THIS YEAR
