  I go to this location approx 3 times a week for a baked potatoes with chili and cheese. Well today I read told there was a 20 minute wait fine no problem. I get my order get back to my office and the potatoe is not fully baked and hardly any chili on it. Could more even cut the potatoe with the plastic knife. They just lost my business.

  Lifetime customer and former employee. This was literally the best McDonald's I'd ever been to in my life and I've been to 44 states and Canada. I only saw a few employees, and they were literally the best McDonald's employees I'd ever seen in my entire life. They were getting it done! Friendly helpful attitudes. You could tell they cared about doing a good job. Thank you keep up the good work! I dined in and got take out for someone else who raved about how good their food was.

  Ordered 3 biggie bags, when I got home discovered one of my burgers in the bag was BRIGHT PINK. I couldn’t even eat it, I wouldn’t even feed it to my dog. I called the store over 15 times and received no answer so I drove back to get my issue resolved and I was met with poor customer service. I showed them the photo and explained my situation and didn’t even receive an apology, just weird looks from the employees. The guy at the first window was nice and helpful but the two girls at the second window were questioning me as if I lied when I literally had a photo & was just in 20 minutes prior. When the window shut, the girls were giving us dirty looks and obviously talking bad about us. They did remake 2/3 biggie bags I bought so that was nice, but I didn’t appreciate the carelessness.
