  The Most rude customer experience of my life. They have a pay your self no front cashier layout so they feel like 0 customer service applies.

  Depending on the day and time they can be very slow. If your a door dasher, it feels like that the late night crew doesn't care much the drivers.

  If you work for doordash or do dashing in your spare time this is the perfect Taco Bell to pick up your orders from because if it's late enough at night they will let you go through the drive-thru instead of having to get out

  My experience with this Taco Bell was enough to make me never want to step foot in this awful restaurant ever again. I'm not from Spokane and I'm up here because I have a family member sick in the hospital so our days have been so long that we don't get much time to spend eating. There is a Taco Bell directly across from our hotel and we decided to go there because I love their crunchwrap Supremes and I hate tomatoes but of course even though I said no tomatoes they loaded up my crunchwrap Supremes with tomatoes. I called and told them about this and they told me to come in and get new crunchwrap Supremes but when I got to the restaurant after it's been a long day in the hospital already exhausted the manager was completely rude saying that she has remade this order before and she will not do it for me. There was absolutely zero respect and absolutely no explanation to what she was talking about. I really hope that that manager either gets fired or demoted because she does not deserve to be in charge of anybody with the attitude that she has. There's absolutely no chance in the world that I will ever go back to that Taco Bell and I will spend the time to convince other people to stop going back to Taco Bell they do not deserve customers after how they treated me. Shame on you Taco Bell in whoever the night manager is hopefully you guys can figure your stuff out and be a little bit more respectful to the customers who spend money there.
