  This is one of the worst Taco Bells in Spokane. Much of the staff is rude and they are not quick. Get ready to wait a LONG time if you order inside, they only care about the drive thru. You may also get hit with rude attitude depending on the employee. Wish I could rate the staff below a one star.

  Twice they gave me beef in my chicken soft tacos. Then they charged me twice without refunding my order. Still waiting on my 10 dollar refund. Actually aitting on the phone hearing it ring for 4 minites. Gross food. Special workers. Lack of accountability feom mangment.

  This is probably my favorite taco bell in Spokane. Honestly, I can't remember a time when they got my food wrong to review on how they would handle that, because I don't think they ever do. But I'm sure if they did they would fix it quickly and courteously because their service is always both of those things. Even when they're super busy, all of the workers seem to always be in a good mood and they move pretty quickly.

  For how busy this place was, the customer service was exceptional. There's this one guy there that has a nose ring and he's kind of bald. He's excellent. We need more people like him. Food was hot like always especially when it's that busy and even though they were busy all their attitudes were in check which is wonderful. We all understand it's hard to get orders out as fast as people would like them but when it comes down to the people who are just doing their job and then there's the people that do their jobs well and they're the ones that make it worth coming back again. Way to go #team Taco Bell

  K t the general manager of this location decided.It was a good idea to yell at her employee in front of everybody in the store said that she was too busy. Doing three people's jobs when there was nobody in the driveway. There was three people inside of the store. She decided to yell at this man over a key. Because he wanted to do his job to have a general manager. Demean somebody in front of customers is completely ridiculous if she talks to him that way, how does she talk to other employees? She refused to give me her full name which is okay. Her name is Katie and she is the general manager. She said ruined my meal. Having to listen to the disrespect, the manager lady at the front desk decided to yell at this man as well. Instead of taking my order, put me on pause, just to yell at a man for wanting to mop the bathroom floor then proceeded to tell me that they are not alt allowed to mop the bathroom floor during the day.Though, that just seems a little gross, leave the man alone and let him do his job back to katy.If katy does not like her job, maybe she should find a new one.I will be going to headquarters and the corporate about this.Miss katie, although she was apologetic, she tried to make it a racist.issue which it was not just because the man she was yelling at was black, gave her no reason to demean or treat him in any way. She talked to no other employee that way only him in my presence. Not to say she doesn't talk to all her employees that way. But this one, in case I was there only said that she was sorry that I had to hear that. I would give this place 0000000. We'll never come here again. Not, will you ever get another one of my dollars taco? Bell, you need to get your employees in line. The disrespect that came from the mouth of that woman is horrible. She must be a horrible person inside or hate her job. One of the 2 she has no value or respect for herself. Nor the people around her, we are there to buy food without a stare buying food. She would be without a job. This woman took no responsibility for her actions. Just said that she was sorry that we had to hear Once Again. It's the general manager and her name is Katie, and that's all she would tell me she wouldn't give me a store number so I could call her in to corporate. She just said her name and refuse to give me the rest.
