  James (Manager) at this location makes the BEST breakfast crunchwraps of all the locations in Spokane. He has always taken care of us in the past whenever mistakes were made. His friendliness and customer service is exceptional. Will be continuing to return to this location. Thank you !!

  Horrible night shift crew. Very Rude. Parked everyone in drive thru including me when I only had two items. Extreme wait time at the speaker board and for food in the parking lot. Very poor attitude from the girl.

  The food was terrible. The churros were cold the empanadas were dried out with no filling and the chicken bacon street tacos ok but the outside shell or tortilla was so dry and hard that I had trouble swallowing. I won't be going to this location again

  So for 25 bucks, we got a “burrito” (basically a tortilla with barely any beef, cheese or beans like it had been scraped out by some idiot) and overall just a bunch of slop put together and thrown into a bag. I requested for our supreme luxe box to have no sour cream, so I’m assuming that they accidentally put sour cream on then they scraped it out of the burrito to fix their mistake, but ended up taking the whole inside of the burrito too. If I was allergic to sour cream, and had a reaction from this, that would be ridiculous, highly disrespectful, and a health hazard. That would have put me in harms way. not to mention my crunchy taco was also broken in 4 different places. I was not able to eat it unless I put it in a bowl, but at that point it’s not a taco? And at that point why am I having to proceed to finish making my food when the point of fast food is to have food ready to eat and given to you quickly. My boyfriend was a former employee of this location so I can say that he knows the team there is better than whatever you call what happened tonight. nonetheless I am a paying customer. You guys work for fast food, I spend my hard earned money to get food from a place and I expect it to be at least decent, but instead I’m basically eating tortillas. And next time slow the hell down when cutting my quesadilla because these “cuts” that were made are so unevenly it was like the team members eyes were closed when cutting it. As of recently, You guys make the Taco Bell on Sullivan better. Highly unprofessional for the girl taking my order to be all hyped up and then when we get to the window she proceeds to not even talk to us, but continue to walk off somewhere back and forth. That’s pretty sad because you were so hype over the speaker, asking if I felt saucy for some sauce packets, and really just hyping up the food, and then all of a sudden you just… stop? At the window…?Highly disappointed. not sure if I’ll ever come back to this location anymore, at least not when it is night shift working because I don’t wanna waste my money for some sloppy slop dinner made by employees who maybe clearly think too highly of themselves to be able to make food properly.
