  The sandwich maker upfront was working hard and doing a great job what was irritating as there were clearly more employees in the building, but she was left all Alone to handle the rush by herself all while you could hear someone in the back just yapping on the phone I feel bad for the employee. They should have help. It was lunch rush. All the other customers were visibly distraught.

  No employees to help walk in clients. Prioritize online orders. Not a good place to stop if you are on a schedule. Waste of time.

  This place has the most disrespectful employee I’ve ever met in my life after sitting there for 45 minutes he told me sorry I’m not taking your order we’re closed but I got there 45 minutes before they were closing and he use vulgar language. Since this incident happened two days ago, I have tried calling the store numerous times with no answer

  I ordered a Sandwich online. When I went to pick it up. The employee told me that they were outta napkins so I wasn't given any. Then I ate half of it. Later on that night I went to eat the other half an found hair in the meat if my sandwich. When I went back to tell them my issue( they closed at7pm that night an the next day I worked all day so the following day, mind you I still had my sandwich but 4got my receipt at home)the employer who was working wouldn't even let me explain. I asked him if he would look at my online receipt an he straight up told me no. When I asked the managers name he didn't even wanna give me that. So I asked him name an he told me "I'm not obligated to give you my name, you can read can't you?" If I woulda went all the way home to grab my receipt the store woulda been closed by the time I got back! I was disgusted with the costomer service of this individual an i like subway. I eat there at least 3-4 times aweek. So to get treated this way was uncalled for an to get talked to like that was so unprofessional an outta line. It really wasn't a good look for subways name As awhole an as a franchise they need to train there employees better cuz one should never talk to a customer like that I don't care who you think you are or where you work. Talk ln to another human being like that especially someone who spends money with ur employer more then you think is so wrong. An you should be ashamed of urself!

  There was a gentleman working there on Feb 13 that had great customer service. He was very friendly and just overall had a good attitude. I dined in and during that time someone called in about a lost wallet. He took the time to look around the restaurant for it.
