    They are so stupid they put so much stuff in the bag it ripped they clearly need to be trained on how much food to put in a bag

    With the exception of a few employees, this place is as unprofessional as a “restaurant”could be. As a delivery driver it is usually a nightmare picking up orders for this location. The staff are inconsistent about the delivery process- sometimes they want you to pull into a stall and sometimes they prefer the drive thru- however- on many occasions I’ve pulled in and they didn’t have the “drive thru only” sign out so I pulled into a stall just to sit for anywhere from 10-20 minutes to be ignored until they ask me to come through the drive thru because they “forgot to put the sign out” and then have me wait an additional excessive wait time to hand me food they could have just brought out that’s supposed to be ready at a specific time. Other times I’ve come through while the drive thru only sign was out and they ask me to pull into a stall. Their “system” is basically just them deciding how much of your time they’re going to intentionally waste because they find it amusing. Today I came to pick up an order at 11PM and usually around this time they would have the “drive thru only” sign out- so just to be cautious I pulled through to the drive thru speaker and asked them what their preference was for me to pickup the delivery(there was only 1 car in front of me) and they asked me to pull into a stall. I knew right then and there it was going to be a series of nonsense. I gave them the customers name once in the drive thru and again when I pulled into a stall- waited over 20 minutes for them to bring out the order which was only 2 hotdogs and a drink. When they did bring it out-(the first order came out 7 minutes after I arrived) the order had the wrong name on it and let me explain to you exactly what I mean by intentionally wasting working people’s time for their own entertainment and childish antics- after waiting 15 more minutes I asked them to tell me what was going on with the customers order as I have another delivery in my car and as employees of a “restaurant” they should be educated about food safety guidelines. The estimated pickup times are in place for a reason. They brought out the same exact order they brought out the first time but with the right name tag - so- they intentionally wrote the wrong name on the bag just to waste my time, took the food and drink back inside and had them sit for over 15 minutes and then brought me the customers food already basically cold and unsafe for delivery like I wasn’t going to notice. 25 minutes total I waited for these 3 items. Ridiculous. These people are an absolute disgrace in the worst way.

    I come here a few times a month and usually my food is on point My name is Promise I don't know how they got Thomas from that I am allergic to pickle so I don't know how they didn't read that back to me My recommendations is just to slow down and make sure that the orders are right because at this point you're you know putting I take a risk putting my health in you guys's hands. I did ask for a refund back I was told it would be a little bit of a wait so yeah this is my review promise

    Ordered from outside and took staff well over 30 minutes for less than 2 combos. When confronted about the wait time, was told excuses of being unsure why our food was taking so long compared to everyone else being able to obtain their orders around us. Never coming back and the food was cold when we finally gotten, as if it was actually forgotten about

    This was honestly the worst experience that I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. We pulled up to the drive-in section to order. Press the button once to order, no response for 5 minutes, i press it again, still no response for 2 more minutes. So I pressed it a third time just in case maybe the button wasn't working. Still nothing for a few more minutes. So my kids and I decided to just go through the actual drive through. We pull up to the intercom, and there's a poorly written sign that states " headsets are down please pull to the window to order. Have a great day" ...so we waited until it was our turn. A lady ended up coming out with a pad of paper to take our order, then she walked back inside. It was about 20 more minutes before we even got up to the window. Once we got up there a woman told me my total, it sounded very incorrect and extremely high for what I ordered, but I didn't have any interest in protesting against it at this point. I gave her my card, and she gave me my receipt and closed the window. It looked like they charged me extra for a few things. For no reason. Once again, I was done waiting there, so I didn't say anything. My kids and I waited for another 20 minutes for our food, even though they had atheist 8-10 people working, i could see them all through the window. When the food was finally finished a very disgruntled and rude woman pretty much chucks it my hands and gives a very vague "sorry, have a nice day"..... My fries were half filled, as were my sons. The food wasn't hot. Everything seemed very slopped together, extremely overpriced for the quality, and the service was mediocre. I am highly disappointed and we will never be coming back. We have been going there for years. And I am sad that we will not be going there anymore, since we can't trust the business.
