  I used to love coming to Qdoba and have always been a regular. The last few experiences there have not been great and I'm not sure if I will return. I ordered a burrito and didn't realize until getting home that it had hardly anything in it, I was focused on getting my kids orders right and didn't notice that my burrito was made with almost no meat, queso, or salsa. I messaged customer service and they said they would send me a free entree so that I could try again and hopefully have a better experience, but I never received anything on my rewards account. I went back to try again anyway, but after standing in line for a long time no one ever took my order. I finally went to the cashier to pay for my other orders and mentioned that I was never helped and didn't get to order food for myself. He just rang up my kids' orders and told me what I owed. I was not asked if I would still like something or given an apology for being ignored. I was shocked by the lack of good customer service. I would love to be able to come to Qdoba often like I used to, but I can't afford to buy a burrito that has hardly anything in it or drive all the way there to be ignored. I hope things change, because this place has great potential but needs to step it up.

  Love the food here - fantastic portions and made fresh. For the price you get such better tasting and healthier food than other similar food options nearby. Plus the whole restaurant was very clean and all the staff were really friendly and professional. We were getting lunch for 6 people for pickup and everything was ready quickly and it was fresh. Couldn’t recommend enough!

  We came in on our lunch break and were behind one other person in line. They were served and then we waited almost ten minutes to have our order taken. In the mean time they filled online orders and buzzed about hastily filling a catering order. While we sat eating, the environment became incredibly uncomfortable as a shorter lady (shift lead?) named Amonique* (spelling?) SHOUTED at her team about an empty queso container. "WHO DID THIS? WHO DID IT!!?" determined to find the perpetrator. She continued on "THIS IS 4oz OF QUESO! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! YOU HAVE TO SCRAPE THE CONTAINER!!" just almost belligerent with outrage. Whole crew of seemingly younger teammates. I was absolutely astounded at her behavior. She has zero people skills and should absolutely not be left to 'help' any of her colleagues in their managers absence. I wish I could have personally apologize to all of them for her berating. I go to this location often and I hope I never see her again. I will also be calling the store to speak to the manager about her. What was actually unacceptable here was the way she conducted herself.
