- ACAmy Coller1 day ago1.0My boyfriend and I went went through the drive-thru. Place order milk shake diet coke. Seen employee cleaning the drive-thru smoking a cigarette on the job. We pulled up waiting forever for the car head to move. They lady at window never asked person to move up help us. We wait 10 minutes in line had hard time hearing the person. When place the order . When the person power washed. Could not hear the person. The employee was young man. Smoking on the job wow.

They had several employees walking back and forth joking around with each other in the drive through area, while everyone in the line had been waiting for easily 20 minutes. When I got the food it was lukewarm and definitely below a foodsafe temperature. Absolutely abysmal service.

Got home with my Big Mac which ended up being 2 patties of hamburger and 3 buns. No cheese, special sauce or lettuce. Certainly was not worth the price I paid or the time it took to get dinner for my family. U would advise staying away from this place if you value your time and actually get the food you ordered

Very conveniently located right next to O'Reilly's, a car wash, a super 8, motel 6 and Denny's. Lots of parking and a play area if you want to go inside and very convenient self-serve order station and good customer service at the counter. I have noticed it is very well staffed double-checking orders resulting in less mistakes. It has a two ordering stations in the Drive-Thru making it very convenient
